Gives me real underground warehouse rave vibes this one, I really like it!
The name of the track came from Livvy, I’d been calling it “the house” while producing it, and one day she was next to me asking what it was going to be called, so I told her what I’d called it so far, but that it wasn’t finished yet. So she came up with the name “The House in Making”, and it stuck!
I love the drums, especially the shakers where I feel most of the groove and rhythm of the track come from, and I can see myself utilising this kind of percussion again in the future.
